I have had this pole for 5 years and it's still strong!! When I first purchased this pole it was so easy to setup! It was my first time on a pole, and I didn't know what to do first! I popped in the dvd and man when I started to do tricks upside down and doing spins I never knew it was gonna be this strong! It didn't move at all on any surface. Also it's so easy to put away! Believe me if you really want to buy a pole and don't know anything about it, take my word and get one! I'm telling you cause I had bought 3 before this one! All of the other poles were not strong enough like this one!
