Packaging was excellent! I thought I was buying books and forgot that I ordered them. As far as quality...eh...could have been a little better. The product was a little too flimsy and the veins are too hard. Expect discomfort the first time you use it, no matter how much lube you use. After your body gets accostomed to it though...phew!
