This is a great CONCEPT if it worked, very poor design- cost me 36.00 and broke within 15 minutes of using it-and of course, no refund. Do not recommend this product to anyone.

I have had this product for sometime now. I was totally happy with it until something inside the shaft broke and like someone else stated it is like a limp dick. It still vibrates so it can be used to get you started but can no longer finish the job.

Worked as expected and I was very happy for about 20 minutes, but then the tiny piston/shaft that held the two pieces together in the middle snapped or something. Now its floppy, and it doesnt piston anymore. I was going to return it, but I thought perhaps some superglue would do the trick. It didnt and now I cant return it.

This product has much more power over the previous models of the same item. More batteries seems to do the trick. However, the shaft inside that pushes the head back and forth broke on us the second time we tried to use it. Overall it has great potential, someone with a large entrance will love it. But for us it went into the trash on the second use. Still working but with a broken shaft it is of no use.
