This product tore with the first use. I am aproximately 6 and medium diameter. I used a generous amount of lubrication and was gentle. The vaginal opening tore slightly and continued to tear for the next 3 uses. I contacted the manufacturer and they wanted me to return the product in the original packaging along with the original receipt as well as a money order for $10.00 dollars. For this they would send me a new product... They would not refund me my money. If I followed their instructions I would have no proof I ever purchased the product.
