Not to bad. Nothing could replace the real thing but this is the next best thing

I own several Artifical Vaginas (AV), this one is by far the most realistic and was the least expensive. I also own an Ultra Realistic unit ($250) which is no where near as realistic feeling inside (where it counts). Chasey has NOT ripped in YEARS of use. The best use is to stack it on top of another AV, this gets it to a more realistic height from the bed (5-6 inches) and saves on back pain. If this product is ever re-designed Id recommend making it taller and wider. The product was definately worth the price. Im thinking of buying a backup in case it ever is taken off the market.
