Additional Wholesale/Dropship Requirements
Quality images, informative descriptions, and detailed product information is strongly requested if not required. Providing as much accurate product information as possible helps to sell your products.

You are not required to offer your products to our wholesale and drop ship customers when you list your products on our retail properties, however these customers constitute about 50% of our sales. In order to sell products to our wholesale customers, you must agree to the following:
  • You must establish wholesale prices.
  • You must agree to provide your product to us below your published wholesale pricing so that we can sell to our wholesale customers and still make a profit. We suggest a 25 to 40% or more discount off your published wholesale pricing to sell on the wholesale side.
  • You must use a very generic packing slip without any company information. If customized packing slips are possible, please let us know. Our wholesale customers have spent a considerable amount of time and money creating their own brand, web sites, stores, or home party catalogs. The end customer works with the wholesaler - not with you. In order to maintain the integrity of this relationship, your packing slip must not include any information about your company. We have a generic packing slip built into the system ready for your use if you do not have one available!
To set up pricing: Provide us with your listed wholesale price, the wholesale price you will give us (must be below listed wholesale in order to sell to our wholesale customers - see above), and the average retail price found for your product on the internet.

Our customers come to us for trusted low prices and the better margins we get, the more exposure we will give you on our site. Keep in mind that we spend money on technology development as well as marketing including paying affiliates up to 30% of the selling price. Thus, we have many costs in addition to your costs of goods. You are responsible for handling all your own customer service. If there is a problem or a question about your product you know it best. If you are unable to handle customer service issues, please contact us so we may discuss options.
  • If you are required to refund a sale (a returned item), notify us and we will note it in the order and refund the customer.
  • You agree to respect the privacy of our customers. You agree to never publish, sell, or otherwise share contact information for wholesalers, affiliates, and customers.
  • You agree to never solicit our customers in any manner unless we specifically direct you to do so.
  • We recommend you offer at least USPS, with tracking and UPS shipping options. Your shipping rates must align with those of other vendors with whom we work. Our objective is to break even on shipping. Many of our vendors do not charge a dropship fee and we pass that savings on to our customers.
  • Payment is always made on approved invoices in less than 30 days.
